Moses Sison is an accomplished talent-acquisition and people-operations leader who has spent nearly two decades helping high-growth startups and global enterprises build the teams that power their innovation. He currently serves as Director of Recruiting for Ford Motor Company’s Electric Vehicle Digital Development organization in Palo Alto, where he leads worldwide efforts to attract the software, electrical, and automotive experts shaping Ford’s next generation of connected, all-electric vehicles.
Before joining Ford, Moses headed recruiting at Autonomic, a cloud-connected mobility platform acquired by Ford. He spent four years at Unity Technologies guiding talent strategy for the world’s leading real-time 3D engine. His earlier roles include building full-cycle recruiting and HR functions at Dialpad, UberConference, Vungle, and other venture-backed companies, as well as executive and university recruiting at Adobe, Google, and Silver Spring Networks.
Known for cultivating inclusive, high-performance cultures rooted in empathy, respect, and opportunity, Moses pairs data-driven hiring practices with a storyteller’s knack for employer branding.
