What is a mastermind?
A mastermind is a facilitated conversation where professionals learn from one another by sharing experiences, asking thoughtful questions, offering ideas, and helping each other solve real challenges.
Who is this mastermind for?
The NAAAP SF Mastermind is for professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs, who want to learn and want to contribute to help others learn. Participants are not expected to be experts, but are expected to share if you have ideas or knowledge that could help someone else with their challenge. Participants are also expected to bring real challenges to the sessions. If you are stuck on a challenge, it’s likely that others can learn from it too.
What if I don’t know anyone?
The session is intentionally designed to create a welcoming environment where everyone has an opportunity to participate.
What makes this different from a webinar or networking event?
The NAAAP SF Mastermind is interactive, not a presentation. Participants both receive and give support. You will get to know other participants organically and with less awkwardness!
