SUMMARY:CAAMFest 2016
DESCRIPTION:HELLO AND WELCOME to CAAMFest 2016 — the nation’s premier event for Asian American film\, music and food.\nThanks to the enduring support and spirit of the San Francisco Bay Area\, we offer you 11 days of provocative programs\, rare chances to meet media makers and fun\, lively events. \nIn 2015\, Asian Americans experienced a defining year at the forefront of media with successful shows like FRESH OFF THE BOAT and MASTER OF NONE breaking into the mainstream (MASTER OF NONE fans\, check out page 29!). This year\, we march forward into new neighborhoods— expanding outside of Japantown and Chinatown into the Mission District — and new types of programming. \nWe hope you will join us in celebrating a truly exciting time in Asian American storytelling.
