The lead judge is Sandra Wright Shen\, a renowned concert pianist.\n\nThe competition is organized by a few non-profit organizations: Sandong Association has been promoting Chinese Confucius culture for 34 years\, and Shin Shin Educational Foundation has raised more than $10 million and built 340 schools in the poor area of China.
